Hot Dogs in Blankets
1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 package of hot dogs
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Roll out puff pastry into 2 large rectangles. Cut the large rectangles into smaller rectangles, enough to completely cover each hot dog with puff pastry.
3. Slice each hot dog into 3 or 4. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
4. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes.
