ANNUAL JEWISH CALENDAR CAMPAIGN - 2023-2024
Dear Friend,
This year on September 11th, 2023 Chabad of Centrepointe will be marking the 10th Yarzheit of Rabbi Berger z'l. Rabbi Berger served as the Rabbi of Young Israel of Ottawa for over 30 years and was the founder and principal of Ecole Maimonides.
Over his 30 years of service, he made a tremendous impact on those he engaged with and in the city of Ottawa. The void he has left behind is overwhelming. Chabad of Centrepointe, under the direction of his children, Rabbi Chaim and Bassy Mendelsohn do their best to continue his legacy.
At the event, we will be distributing the calendar as a tribute souvenir to all those in attendance. In addition, the calendar will be distributed widely throughout the Jewish community.
This special publication will help fund some of the amazing work of Chabad of Centrepointe & A Ripple Effect, particularly the Rabbi Berger z'l Teen Leadership Committee.
